Thoughtful training for work that matters
The work of supporting others is meaningful—but it’s also complex, evolving, and deeply human.
Trainings should do more than share information. They should create space to think, question, and connect what we know to the realities of the work.
I offer trainings grounded in my experience as a licensed social worker, trauma-informed therapist, and anti-violence advocate—designed to be practical, engaging, and rooted in real-world application.
What My Trainings Are Like
My trainings are collaborative, reflective, and grounded in both lived experience, best practice methodologies, and clinical knowledge.
Rather than one-size-fits-all presentations, I create spaces where participants can:
- Engage with material in a meaningful, accessible way
- Reflect on their own roles, assumptions, and experiences
- Ask questions and explore real scenarios
- Leave with tools they can actually use
I value depth, honesty, and creating an environment where people feel comfortable learning—even when the topics are complex or challenging.
Areas of Focus
Trainings can be tailored, but often include:
- Trauma-informed, client-centered care in practice
- Supporting survivors of interpersonal and gender-based violence
- Restorative and transformative justice, conflict resolution, and crisis intervention
- LGBTQIA+ affirming care and inclusive practices, BDSM/kink, polyamory/consensual non-monogamy
- Power, identity, and systemic impact in helping professions
- Ethical and relational complexities in clinical and advocacy work
- Burnout, boundaries, and sustainability
Who These Trainings Are For
I work with:
- Social workers, therapists, counselors, mental health professionals
- Anti-violence advocates, direct service providers, emergency responders
- Healthcare and community-based organizations

Disclaimer
Let us together recognize that learning to become more open and accepting of LGBTQIA+ folks, sex workers, BDSM practitioners, kinksters, and other marginalized communities is a process occurring on a spectrum. At one end of this spectrum are those who hold hatred, bigotry, and malice toward these communities. My services are not intended for these individuals. I want to work with folks who want to do the work. However, I aim to inspire, not convert, so folks don’t have to be at the other end either. Together, we’ll determine what makes the most sense for your group.
If you’re looking for training that is engaging, grounded, and aligned with your values, I’d love to connect.
